  • In compliance with the Stevens Amendment, federal funding details for program year 2023-2024 are provided as follows:
    • Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $820,363 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
    • WIOA Dislocated Worker Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $862,470 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or nongovernmental funds.
    • WIOA Youth Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $900,420 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
    • QUEST National Dislocated Worker Grant is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $701,816 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
    • Federal Economic Security for All Grant is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $220,000 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
    • Pre-Employment Transition Services are supported by the U.S. Department of Education as part of an award totaling $300,000 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
  • Other Funding Sources for Program Year 23-24
    • State Economic Security for All Grant is supported by the Washington State Employment Security Department totaling $517,712 (100%) state funds.
    • State Basic Education programs are supported by the Washington State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction totaling $915,678 (100%) state funds.
    • School Improvement Grant and Learning Assistance Program are supported by Washington State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, totaling $70,000 (100%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
    • Career Connect Washington Regional Network is supported by the Washington State Employment Security Department, totaling $30,000 (100%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
    • Wenatchee Valley College High School Plus instruction is supported by Wenatchee Valley College, totaling $24,591 (100%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
