With excitement, SkillSource announces the selection of a One-Stop Operator for the WorkSource centers in Okanogan county and the Central Basin. This is great news for job seekers and employers in these parts of North Central Washington, and will bring positive benefits for the region’s labor force and businesses.
The contract with the chosen operator — North Central Workforce Consortium — was signed after a competitive procurement selection process. The partners in the Consortium include Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC), Employment Security Department, and SkillSource.
One-Stop Operators are tasked with coordinating service delivery among the partner agencies represented in One Stop Centers.
